Welcome to the site of the Westlake Homeowners Association Architectural Review Board (ARB). The ARB helps preserve property values and maintain the aesthetic standards of our community by reviewing proposed exterior modifications to homes and lots.
No exterior alteration should begin until ARB approval has been received.

The following are examples that typically require ARB review and approval:

Review process
Step 1: Submit Application
Complete the Architectural Modification Application and provide all required documentation.
Step 2: ARB Review
Forward all documents to the ARB’s email address. The Board reviews the request for compliance with our governing documents.
Step 3: Approval Decision
Applicants receive written approval, approval with conditions, or denial.
Step 4: Begin Work
Construction may begin only after approval is received and all applicable permits are obtained.

- The ARB approval does not replace County building permits.
- Work must match approved plans.
- Unapproved modifications may be subject to enforcement action.
- Approval timelines are governed by the HOA's governing documents.
