HOA Information

A homeowner association (HOA) is an organization in a subdivision, planned community, or condominium building that makes and enforces rules or bylaws for the good of the properties and residents. Those who purchase property within an HOA's jurisdiction automatically become members.  The Westlake developer created two HOAs: 

• Westlake at Millmount Homeowners’ Association, Inc.; created on June 5, 2006.  AKA HOA West is composed of 47 homes.  Contact: westlakeatmm@gmail.com and/or PO Box 352  Powhatan, VA 23139.  Our Disclosure Package, Governing Documents, Insurance Information,  Meeting Minutes and Easement information can be accessed here. 
• Westlake at Millmount, Phase 2 Homeowners’ Association Inc; created February 27, 2014.  AKA HOA East is composed of 55 homes. Contact: westlakemm_Hoa2@outlook.com   and/or  3721 Millmount Terrace, Powhatan, VA 23139  Link to Governing Documents. 

Both HOA’s have similar governing documents, with some minor differences.
