The Westlake HOA will hold its annual Board of Directors election during the Membership Meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Powhatan County Library. Homeowners interested in serving on the Board must submit a brief candidate summary to Westlakeatmm@gmail.com by November 1. The newly elected Board will consist of no more than five directors, with staggered one- and two-year terms beginning January 1, 2027. Candidate information and ballots will be distributed in early November, with voting available electronically or by paper ballot. All ballots must be received before 7:00 PM on November 10. Members must be in good standing to vote or serve on the Board. Election results will be announced at the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to participate and help shape the future of our community.
